EMERGENCY ORAL CONTRACEPTION (EOC)
-
If you have had unprotected intercourse or if your usual method has failed (e.g., a broken condom, a missed pill), it is important to act quickly.
-
Two types of emergency contraception are available, to be taken ideally as soon as possible after the at-risk intercourse:
- Option 1: to be taken within 72 hours
- Option 2: effective for up to 5 days (120 hours) after intercourse
-
Our pharmacists can prescribe emergency contraception during an in-person or phone consultation.
-
Call us or book an appointment without delay if you think you are at risk of pregnancy. Emergency contraception is most effective when taken quickly.
REGULAR CONTRACEPTION
-
Our pharmacists and our nurse can help you choose and start a regular contraceptive method that suits your lifestyle. Whether you are considering the pill, the patch, the ring, or an injection, we will support you in making an informed decision.
-
Consultation with a pharmacist: initial prescription for a 3-month period.
-
Consultation with a nurse: prescription valid for up to 2 years.

Your body. Your choice.
